Subscription Policy

Billing & Shipping Cadence

All orders placed will be shipped out within 1–3 business days. All subsequent subscription orders will be billed on the corresponding day and month of each quarter and shipped out soon after.

Example: If an order is placed on October 12th, the customer will not be billed again until January 12th.

Pausing a Shipment

Need to skip a Crate? No problem — you can skip any upcoming shipment from your account in a couple of clicks.

1. Login to your My Soccer Crate account.
2. Click the Manage Subscription button.
3. Click Delivery Schedule to the left, under your name.
4. Hit Skip on the shipment you'd like to skip.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the auto-renewal at any time. For more info on how to cancel your account, please see our FAQ page.

Heads up: If you cancel your subscription on or after your renewal date, you'll still receive the remaining Crates that are owed to you from that renewal. The account will not renew again once cancelled.

How to Cancel

1. Login to your My Soccer Crate account.
2. Click the Manage Subscription button.
3. Click Cancel.
4. Select your reason for cancelling and hit Cancel.

If you have cancelled an account after a renewal, you will still receive the Crates that are still owed to you from the last renewal. No refund will be issued for the current cycle.
