REFUND/REPLACEMENT POLICY

Refund/Replacement Policy

Refunds and Replacements will be issued for items that have been either lost or damaged due to shipping. 

If an account is cancelled after the renewal order has been processed, a refund cannot be issued per the Soccer Crate cancelation policy
