Gift Questions
When does the first crate ship?
Gift orders ship within 5 business days. The recipient gets a welcome email at the address you provide, then their first crate within ~10 days.
How does the recipient pick a size?
You can either set sizes at checkout (if you know them) or send a sizing email — the recipient picks shirt, shorts, and player position before the first crate ships.
What's in each Soccer Crate?
4–6 hand-picked items per quarter: a custom kit, training tools, themed gear, and surprises. Coach-curated and sized for the recipient.
Can the recipient skip or cancel?
Yes. They take ownership at activation — pause, skip, or cancel anytime from their account, no fees.
What if it's not a fit?
Email hello@playunited.co. We'll make it right — replace items, swap sizes, or adjust the next crate.
Will the recipient know what I paid?
No. Pricing and order details stay with you. The gift email is brand-only — just the welcome and a setup link.
