Everything you need to know about how your Soccer Crate subscription works — billing, shipping, pausing, and cancelling.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the auto-renewal at anytime. For more info on how to cancel your account please see our FAQ page. If you cancel your subscription on or after your renewal date you will still be receiving the remaining Crates that are owed to you from that renewal. The account will not renew again once cancelled. 

If there is anything we can do to improve your experience please let us know! We hate to see you go, but want to thank you for being part of our amazing community. We hope you got as much from your quarterly Soccer Crates as we did, from serving you as a Soccer Crate member.
